We luv VOLUNTEERS!!

There are several ways to volunteer
at the Newark Union Church & Cemetery.

Volunteer Work Days – We have several days throughout the year when we could use help with projects around the site.

Some of those projects are:

Cleaning headstones and footstones in the Cemetery;
Landscaping – spreading mulch, weeding, pruning;
Planting native perennials;
Raking leaves;
Sweeping the flagstone walkways.

When the Museum defines regular visiting hours, hosts to guides visitors through the displays will be needed.

During the school year, student groups will be visiting. Hosts will be needed at those times, also.
